Our Client a Nursing Homecare Company is searching for a COO.

Individuals should have 6 to 10 years of strong operational background with Healthcare

Experience is required!
The COO should help the business grow double in size in the next five years. will report directly to the CEO. More importantly the CEO is seeking someone who he can help the business grow from a financial and operational basis as well.

The person will be responsible for all operations and finance, increasing profitability, implementing new growth strategies including new service offerings and geographic expansions, strategic planning and contract negotiation.
The Company needs someone who can be part of Executive Management Team and can improve organizational structure.
 

 Company offers outstanding benefits! Salary will commensurate with experience:

range is $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
